Sales Manager – On Premise

JOB SUMMARY:
• Must be able to lead and manage a Team of Sales Representatives in a highly competitive industry.
• Must be able to promote a positive work environment through motivational leadership,
• Must have a strong knowledge of the beverage industry/market.
• Must be an effective communicator and have strong organizational skills
• Must be able to meet all deadlines.
• Must have the ability to work well with and collaborate with others.
• Territory is Berks and Lehigh Counties

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage Team of Sales Representatives to effectively execute company initiatives in market and meet/exceed Company sales expectations and goals.
• Must be able to motivate and coach Sales Representatives to achieve/exceed all monthly goals.
• Continuously train and coach Sales Representatives to improve their efficacy in the market.
• Maintain strong and respectful business relationships with all customers, brewery representatives, and co-workers.
• Participation in nighttime/weekend promotions to build account/team relationships and facilitate brand awareness.
• Must be a leader in beer knowledge.
• Must have a working knowledge of all competitive breweries and their portfolios.
• Must understand all facets of pricing, including PTR’s / PTC’s /mark up/margin and have the ability to teach and execute price points in the trade.
• Must understand basic brewing knowledge as well as the brewing process.
• Must have a working knowledge of draught beer systems and the ability to troubleshoot.
• Must be able to navigate various technology platforms.
• Must have exceptional skills in analytical thinking and problem solving.
