We are seeking full-time maintenance employee
$20.00 per hour
Must maintain the property and facilities in good repair. Make sure all safety and compliance measures are met. Must have strong work ethic, be an effective communicator, be a dependable team player, and have solid interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Check overhead lights and illuminated signs
• Supply Director of Fleet and Facilities with inventory of products
• Hand sweeping of floors
• Run motorized sweepers and scrubbers
• Bail trash
• Maintain a clean perimeter of property
• Repaint poles, walls, trim, etc.…internal and external
• Keep forklifts clean
• Maintain roof—keep drains free of debris
• Perform minor roof repairs
• Perform minor plumbing repairs
• Perform minor building maintenance projects
• Hang wall signage/posting upon request.
• Snow removal
• Assist Director of Fleet & Facilities
At least 40 hours per work. Overtime possible.

Must be able to lift 100+ lbs.
Must pass a drug, physical, and abilities tests.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
