🌟 What You’ll Do
As our Inventory Coordinator, you’ll be key in maintaining optimal inventory levels. This position is crucial in helping to ensure product freshness, preventing out-of-stock situations, and minimize finished product loss —all while closely collaborating with our sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Forecast demand using historical data, seasonal trends, and product lifecycles
• Coordinate procurement with ~50 suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Manage inventory across ~450 SKUs
• Monitor stock levels and implement strategies to prevent out-of-stock situations
• Use inventory management software to track stock, generate reports, and streamline processes
Essential Skills:
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation
• Familiarity with the beer industry and seasonal demand cycles
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Solid understanding of supply chain logistics and inventory control
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2+ years of inventory management experience (beverage or food distribution preferred)
• Proficiency with inventory software (e.g., VIP, Microsoft Suite)
